We ship Domestically & Internationally.
For domestic orders over $200.00, ground shipping is FREE.
For domestic orders under $200.00, shipping and handling costs are $10.
International shipping and handling is FREE for orders over $300. Under $300, charges are a flat $35.
How Quickly Do We Ship?
If the item is in stock, it takes 1-4 days for your order to be processed and 1 to 2 weeks to be shipped. Please allow 2 weeks for international orders. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified when the item will be ready to ship. Please note the shipping details given on the product page of the item you are ordering.
We accept returns or exchanges on orders within 14 days from your original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only offer credit and exchanges for unworn, non-defective or damaged merchandise. All SALE purchases are final - no refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.
To initiate return process, please drop an email to email@example.com with your concern and reason for return. We will email you a return label and return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account or an exchange will be sent, within 10 -15 business days. We only offer store credit or exchanges on returns, no refunds.
NO returns on Custom Orders.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
